Organized by the Association for the Development of Tierra de Lara and the Burgos Truffle Association, it has a wide gastronomic offer thanks to the participation of bars and restaurants that offer tapas and truffle menus, a wide range of truffle vendors as well as nurseries. with an offer of microcurly plants, sale of cheeses and technical advice posts, analysis of soil or truffles, training of dogs or irrigation installers in producing plantations.
Tastings with tasting of truffle products, presentations, show cooking, truffle collecting contest with dogs, special menus in restaurants in the area (about €30 per menu)
