First weekend of October, in Burgos, city. From September 29 to October 2, 2022, the city will be a medieval setting to honor the figure of one of the most legendary Spanish historical heroes: El Cid Campeador.

The night parade (in the light of the torches), the colorful medieval market (with craft stalls and gastronomic products), the setting of the camp on the banks of the Arlazón river (with representation of the old trades of the Middle Ages) or the acclaimed sword fights and jousting tournaments on horseback are some of the attractions that the city offers during these two days of festivities.
